Education and the environment are my focus. I'll put my more than two decades' experience and heartfelt commitment into your organization, if our interests fit. I intimately understand nonprofit organizations and the needs of formal and nonformal education. I'm selective about clients, as you should be about consultants. I'm proud that I have worked with most of my clients for 2 to 10 years. And I'm still excited about new consulting relationships.

For more than a decade, I've helped organizations integrate messaging tools ranging from mailing lists, online forums, forms for gathering information, email-to-fax service, in-house mail servers, web-based document archives, calendars, project-tracking systems and more.

I won't let technology scare you. I try to listen closely to what you say, and to use simple, clear language. I work well with clients who are thousands of miles away, via phone and email, but value the importance of face-to-face interaction.
